Welcome to the Microjoob Terms of Use and License page. This document outlines the rules for using Microjoob and how this solution can help companies and professionals manage their administrative, financial, and commercial processes remotely and in real time.
Microjoob’s intention is to provide a quality service in a practical way that facilitates remote work in the daily lives of professionals and companies. MJE is open to the opinions of its users and wants to help companies grow in an organized manner. To that end, MJE would like to provide some information that will serve as guidance for understanding the essence of Microjoob, aligned with these Terms and License Agreement.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND LICENSE AGREEMENT OF MICROJOOB
1.1. The Terms and License Agreement below apply to the use of Microjoob. If the User does not agree with any of the conditions prescribed in these Terms, they should not use it.
1.2. Completing the creation of an Account and beginning to use Microjoob will signify the implicit acceptance of all Terms and License Agreements set forth herein.
1.3. The service will be contracted simply by creating an account on Microjoob, granting access to your Work Panel, which is a specific panel for the administrator of the registered company, from where they can manage the company remotely and grant permissions and access levels to other collaborators.
2. ACCESS TO MICROJOOB
2.1. When the User accesses Microjoob and clicks the “Login” button, they will be taken to a page where they can easily create an account, automatically being assigned the Basic Plan. After that, and if needed, they can choose one of the following available Subscription Plans to access additional resources for managing their business:
Once the payment process is successfully completed, the User will have access to the features and functionalities of the respective Plan they purchased.
2.2. Alternatively, the User may purchase Add-ons separately according to the specific needs of their business. Using this method, the User must purchase the Usage Subscription as follows:
2.3. The Administrator Panel is the main Microjoob panel and is where all company control is located. The Administrator is responsible for managing the company account, performing functions such as:
2.4. The Administrator has access to all sectors and modules of the company, while Employees and other Users of the company may only access the sectors to which the Administrator grants them access.
3. ACQUISITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1. Subscriptions made on Microjoob
3.1.1. In Microjoob, the Administrator User can:
(a) pay for the Pre-packaged Subscription, if you choose to subscribe to a subscription plan;
(b) purchase Premium Add-ons on a Usage Subscription basis, if you choose to use the Add-ons purchase option separately.
3.2. Third-Party Services
3.2.1. As Purchases and subscriptions on Microjoob can only be paid for through the payment gateways provided by Microjoob for this purpose. To this end, MJE may use third-party payment methods and partner companies to receive payments (such as banking institutions, credit card companies, and other credit entities). In these cases, there may be different terms and conditions that the User must comply with.
3.2.2. In the event of an interruption in the relationship with any third-party Service, some payment method(s) may cease to be offered by Microjoob. MJE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or interruption of the provision of these third-party Services.
3.3. Official currency of Microjoob
3.3.1. The official currency of Microjoob is the US Dollar, through which Users can purchase and pay for their Subscriptions. Any purchase or renewal of a subscription on Microjoob must be made in the User’s local currency, using prices in Dollars as a reference. Converted to the exchange rate of the transaction date, and transferred to bank accounts, digital wallets, or mobile wallets provided by Microjoob.
3.3.2. User purchases and subscriptions will only be activated and available for use after proof of payment has been submitted.
3.4. Cancellation of purchases and subscriptions
3.4.1. Before making payment for your first Subscription using the Pre-Packaged Subscription model, use your 14 (fourteen) day trial period and after the trial period ends, then decide to purchase the relevant Plan that best suits your needs, because once purchased, there is no right to cancel or request a refund.
3.4.2. Users who have opted to use the Usage Subscription model are only entitled to cancellation and refund requests before 14 (fourteen) days of use have elapsed, as once 14 days of use have passed, the User loses the right to cancellation and refund requests.
4. MICROJOOB SERVICES
4.1. In compliance with current legislation and to guarantee control and security of the Services, MJE reserves the right to:
(i) define access and eligibility criteria for the Services for any person at its sole discretion;
(ii) block, edit, remove or monitor the access of Users who are violating this Terms of Use and/or any applicable current legislation; and
(iii) reject membership, block access to the service or cease providing services to Users who refuse or otherwise fail to provide the necessary data requested by MJE for the provision of the Services.
5. ACCESS PERMISSIONS
5.1. The Access Levels assigned by the Administrator to Employees and other Users of the company will allow them to access certain sectors of the company and, depending on the permissions and restrictions of their Access Levels, they will be able to access the modules, resources and functionalities assigned to them so that they can perform their duties and work remotely.
5.2 . The Access Credentials of Employees and other Users of the company assigned by the Administrator may not be disclosed by the User to third parties, and the User is solely responsible for the use, security and knowledge of these Credentials.
5.3. The User expressly accepts and acknowledges that any person who identifies themselves with the correct Access Credentials will be recognized by Microjoobs as the Account User, and any operation or transaction made with said Access Credentials will be considered valid.
5.4. The User is solely responsible for the activities carried out on their Account, and MJE is exempt from any liability for losses and/or damages caused by third parties resulting from the sharing of their Access credentials.
6. LOGIN DATA
6.1. For regular use of Microjoob, the User must access the Microjoob Login Page and Create an Account, providing all the requested information with absolute and rigorous accuracy.
6.2. The User is fully responsible for keeping their information updated, and also undertakes to hold MJE harmless from any burden, duty or liability arising from or in any way related to any inaccuracy, untruth, absence, incompleteness or outdatedness of this information.
6.3. If, at any time, MJE identifies, at its discretion, that the data provided by the User is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or untrue, MJE may, regardless of any notice to the User, cancel the User’s access to Microjoob, without this generating any right for the User or any liability for MJE.
6.4. The User expressly agrees that their Microjoob subscription will be maintained by MJE and that their information will be provided to competent authorities in legal proceedings.
6.5. Any and all use of Microjoob or any other service or product, online or offline, involving the User’s Login Data, will be the sole, complete, and exclusive responsibility of the User, for which reason the User will hold MJE harmless from any burden, duty, or liability arising from or in any way related to the use of this Login Data.
6.6. The User agrees not to access (or even attempt to access) Microjoob by any means other than through the User interface provided within the Platform, unless specifically authorized to do so in a separate agreement entered into between the User and MJE.
6.7. The User undertakes to immediately notify MJE of any unauthorized use of their Login Data or any other breach of security and confidentiality of which they become aware, through the Microjoob support channel, remembering that the service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mozambique time zone).
7. TERMS AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
7.1. This contract is entered into for an indefinite period, starting from the User’s option to electronically accept these Terms and License Agreement of Microjoob, thus making the Services available to the User indefinitely, until the termination of this contract for any reason.
7.2. Subscription charges will be recurring, according to the Plan or modality chosen at the time of contracting or modified subsequently at the User’s choice.
7.3. The User expressly acknowledges that, should they wish to cancel the Services at any time, they simply need to cancel their Subscriptions through the means available on Microjoob.
7.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MJE reserves the right to terminate this agreement at its sole discretion, immediately cancelling the User’s subscription, in the following cases:
7.5. The User acknowledges and accepts that, should this contract be terminated and their Account canceled at any time, for any reason, the User will be automatically unable to access their Microjoob Account, as well as any files or other content related to or in any way linked to their Account. Furthermore, MJE will have no obligation, upon termination of this contract, at any time and for any reason, to store any content belonging to said Account. Therefore, MJE may, at any time, permanently delete from its records, independently and without any notification to the User, any content belonging to said Account, without this generating any right for the User or any liability for MJE.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
8.1. By creating a Microjoob Account, the User accepts the prices charged by MJE as presented on the Subscriptions Page, as announced in article 2 of these Terms.
8.2. MJE may, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, change the prices charged for the Service, informing the User of this change electronically.
9. USER DECLARATIONS
9.1. The User acknowledges that Microjoob is provided as is and that MJE is not and will not be responsible for the deletion or failure to store any data or information registered by the User.
9.2. Furthermore, the User acknowledges that Microjoob is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of performance or achievement of specific results. However, MJE will make its best efforts to ensure that the Service functions as well as possible. Nevertheless, considering the very nature of the Service, the guarantees provided by MJE are limited.
9.3. The User expressly declares and undertakes not to carry out any activity that interferes with, interrupts or damages Microjoob (or the servers, equipment and networks related to the Service, whether belonging to MJE or third parties), as well as the documents, files and all kinds of content stored on their computer equipment.
9.4. The use of Microjoob is not of a commercial nature whatsoever, therefore the User acknowledges and accepts that they may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, market or resell the Service for any purpose.
9.5. The User agrees to use Microjoob in accordance with the law, morality and good customs, also observing Microjoob’s Terms and Policies. The User also agrees to refrain from using it for illicit purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of MJE or third parties.
9.6. The User expressly declares and warrants that:
(i) is over 18 years of age, or a minor duly authorized by their parents or guardians;
(ii) will not use Microjoob for illegal purposes;
(iii) will not disseminate information about illegal activities and incitement to crime or about activities that endanger the health or physical integrity of Users or any third party;
(iv) will not disseminate illegal pornographic material and/or material that includes minors;
(v) will not disseminate information relating to software piracy;
(vi) will not disclose material protected by copyright or confidentiality without the authorization of its owners, including, but not limited to, photos, texts, audios, computer programs;
(vii) will not impersonate another person, company or institution;
(viii) will not collect or disclose Users’ personal data without the due authorization of its owners;
(ix) will not modify, adapt, or reverse engineer, in whole or in part, any Software used by MJE or any partner in making Microjoob available;
(x) will not use Microjoob to transmit illegal, defamatory, privacy-violating, or abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, harmful, or injurious material;
(xi) will not transmit any material that violates the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, the intellectual property rights of third parties;
(xii) will not use Microjoob to send any type of virus or files containing any type of virus (“Trojan horses”) or that may cause damage to its recipient or to third parties;
(xiii) will not engage in any acts that violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
(xiv) will comply with all applicable laws regarding data transmission in the country where the User resides;
(xv) will not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to Microjoob;
(xvi) will be solely responsible for the Content that it transmits or retransmits, as well as for the Content and information that it makes available on Microjoob related to its access to and use of Corporate information;
(xvii) will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of Microjoob or the servers or networks connected to it;
(xviii) will comply with all requirements, procedures, policies, and regulations of networks connected to Microjoob;
(xix) has the legal capacity to enter into this contract and use Microjoob, or is a minor duly authorized by their legal representatives;
(xx) is financially responsible for the use of Microjoob;
(xxi) acknowledges that this contract is formalized, binding the parties, through the electronic signature thereof by the parties, which will occur through acceptance of these Terms and License of Use of Microjoob;
(xxii) has read and is aware of and fully agrees to all of Microjoob’s Terms and License Agreements;
(xxiii) the parents or legal representatives of the minor will be responsible for the acts performed by him/her in the use of Microjoob, including any damages caused to third parties, practices of acts prohibited by law and by the provisions of these Terms.
9.7. The User acknowledges and agrees that MJE does not endorse the content of any communications transmitted by its Users, contained on MJE’s servers or equipment and/or those of its suppliers and partners and, as stated above, is not responsible for any illegal, defamatory material that violates privacy rights, or that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, injurious or that infringes or may infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
9.8. The use of Microjoob under conditions contrary to the provisions of this clause will give MJE the right to terminate this contract, cancel the User’s access to Microjoob, as well as to rescind any other agreements and cancel any other Services that have been contracted by the User. Additionally, MJE will have the right to delete, in whole or in part, any Content eventually inserted by the User on Microjoob pages or equipment that it deems contrary to the provisions of these Terms or any other MJE rules, without prejudice to MJE’s right to claim compensation from the User.
10. MICROJOOB LICENSE AGREEMENT
10.1. MJE grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Microjoob. The User may not use or allow the use of Microjoob for any purpose other than their own use. Under no circumstances will the User have access to the Microjoob source code licensed herein, as it is the intellectual property of MJE. Therefore, the User may not:
10.2. Any use of Microjoob by automated means or macros (crawling, scraping, caching) is prohibited, including, but not limited to, accessing, viewing, or obtaining information from Microjoob, Content, documents, and information from other Users or third parties affiliated with MJE, with the exception of standard search mechanisms.
10.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that Microjoob, as well as any software necessary for its use, are and will remain, at all times, the property of MJE.
10.4. The User’s use of Microjoob does not mean, nor will it ever mean, that the User has acquired or will acquire any right not expressly provided for in these Terms, in particular, but not limited to, the right to market or commercially exploit Microjoob, to perform any type of decompression, reverse engineering, or access to the Microjoob source code. Any unauthorized use of Microjoob will give MJE the right to immediately cancel the User’s Account and access, regardless of prior notice.
10.5. MJE grants the User a simple license to access and use Microjoob, which will be personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive, for accessing Microjoob as provided in these Terms. The license granted herein does not allow the User, or allow third parties, to copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer or disassemble Microjoob, or perform any act to discover its source code, nor to sell, assign, sublicense, grant as security, or otherwise transfer any rights with respect to the resources and functionalities of Microjoob.
11. USER CONTENT RESULTING FROM THE USE OF MICROJOOB
11.1. By using Microjoob, and in accordance with these Terms, the User:
(a) agrees that by accessing, using, viewing content related to Microjoob, or storing Content on MJE’s equipment, you grant MJE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly use, publicly display, and distribute, jointly and collectively with information submitted by other Users, any Content submitted, addressed, or viewed on or through Microjoob, or any result obtained from the use of Microjoob, through the performance of one or more simulations. MJE may, including but not limited to, use the information mentioned in this item in a segmented manner, applying any filters, selections, or divisions it wishes. However, MJE undertakes to maintain the User’s personal information and individual content in absolute secrecy and confidentiality.
b) agrees that the aforementioned license includes the right of MJE to make this Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom MJE has relationships for the provision of joint services, and for the use of this Content in connection with the provision of Microjoob;
c) agrees that this license will allow MJE to perform all the actions foreseen herein;
d) confirms and guarantees to MJE that it has all the necessary rights, powers and authority to grant the aforementioned license, as well as to enter into this contract and perform all the obligations set forth herein.
12. WARRANTY
12.1. Microjoob is provided “as is” and MJE makes no warranty with respect to it. In particular, MJE does not guarantee that:
12.2. The use of Microjoob is the sole responsibility of the User. The provision of Services depends on the functionality of several factors, such as the availability of internet access, interaction of servers and third-party telecommunications services, suitability of the contractor’s and the recipient’s equipment, among others. Therefore, MJE does not guarantee that Microjoob will function correctly and without errors or failures.
12.3. MJE does not guarantee that Microjoob will be suitable for the User’s needs or that its features and functionalities will be free from interruptions, security lapses, or errors.
12.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that any material and/or information obtained through Microjoob or its use will be their sole responsibility, especially regarding any damages that may be caused to them.
12.5. MJE is not responsible for any failures in Microjoob, it being established that it will be provided as is.
12.6. MJE is not and will not be responsible for:
(i) due to the impossibility of using any of the aforementioned resources and functionalities due to Microjoob’s incompatibility with the User’s computer or smartphone configuration;
(ii) due to the User’s failure to comply with the rules and conditions of use established by each of the Access Providers to which the User connects;
(iii) for any damages suffered by the User as a result of the incorrect use of Microjoob;
(iv) for compensation for damages of any nature caused by the breach of privacy or security of the User’s data during the connection of their computer to the internet through third parties;
(v) for any failure in the email system, even if for reasons attributable to it, it being established that access to the email service, when available, will be provided as is;
(vi) for acts of any nature committed by the User on the internet;
(vii) for losses, damages and harm caused to the User or any third party, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, lost profits, interruption or non-performance of business, loss of information and trade and industrial secrets, as a result of any failure of Microjoob;
(viii) for damages caused by programs harmful to the User’s equipment (such as, but not limited to, viruses and trojans), even if such files and programs were received through a User email account registered in accordance with these Terms.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that MJE will not be liable, whether contractually or extra-contractually, for any material or moral damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill or information, or other intangible losses resulting from:

13.3. The limitations of the MJE mentioned in this clause will apply regardless of whether or not the MJE has been advised otherwise.
14. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
14.1. MJE does not guarantee that the resources and functionalities contained in Microjoob will meet all the needs of Users, that the operation of Microjoob will be uninterrupted and/or error-free, that any service will remain available, that its defects will be corrected, or that Microjoob will be compatible with or function with any third-party software, applications, or services.
14.2. MJE will use its best efforts to correct any malfunctions and errors in the operation of Microjoob. However, MJE cannot guarantee a timeframe for such repairs. Malfunctions will be corrected during the necessary period, and MJE is not liable for damages resulting from unavailability.
14.3. Under no circumstances will MJE be liable for personal injury and/or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, corruption or loss of data, failure to transmit and/or receive data, business interruption or any other commercial damage and/or loss, arising out of or related to the loss of information or inability to use Microjoob, for any other reason.
14.4. MJE is also not responsible for any damage, loss and/or harm to the User’s equipment caused by Microjoob failures, server failures or internet connection failures, even if resulting from the conduct of third parties, including malicious programs such as viruses, “Trojan horses”, and others that may, in any way, damage the User’s equipment or connection.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1. You acknowledge and agree that any and all Content related to Microjoob, including, but not limited to, advertising content, editorial information contained in Microjoob or any other Content, as well as any related trademarks, trade names and logos, are protected by copyright, other intellectual property rights or any other applicable legislation. Unless expressly authorized by MJE, the User agrees not to modify, rent, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from Microjoob, in whole or in part.
15.2. MJE owns and holds the proper license for all rights, title, and interest pertaining to Microjoob, including all intellectual property rights and any and all proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations related to Microjoob, especially including, but not limited to, trade names, trademarks, service marks, insignia, trade dress, domain names, slogans, layout, logos, symbols and other distinctive signs and visual identification elements, copyrights, software, patents, utility models, industrial designs, know-how, and trade secrets, whether or not such rights are registered, used in Microjoob, in accordance with applicable legislation regarding intellectual property rights.
15.3. The User may not modify, adapt, prepare derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt in any way to alter the Microjoob source code. Reproduction, transmission, and distribution of such materials are not permitted without the express written consent of MJE, especially for economic or commercial purposes.
15.4. The misuse of materials protected by Intellectual Property presented on Microjoob will be considered an infringement of applicable legislation, subjecting the infringing User to the appropriate legal measures, without prejudice to any compensation for losses and damages and attorney’s fees to MJE, as well as to third parties who may suffer from the User’s actions.
16. MICROJOOB UNAVAILABILITY
16.1. Despite all the efforts of the MJE team to keep Microjoob fully operational, the User acknowledges and agrees that the internet (and consequently, access to Microjoob) is continuously exposed to third parties, Users or not, hackers, malicious software and the like, and that Microjoob is subject to various security breaches and, therefore, the sharing and insertion of information and Content by the User on Microjoob may not be entirely secure. For these reasons, the User assumes the risk of using and accessing Microjoob, releasing MJE and its team from any liability in this regard.
16.2. Although MJE intends for Microjoob to be available for as long as possible, MJE acknowledges that, due to technical and operational reasons, there will be occasions when Microjoob will be interrupted, including, but not limited to, interruptions for repairs, updates, due to telecommunications failure, power outages or equipment failures, and MJE will not be held liable in this regard. In the case of scheduled interruptions, MJE will notify Users about the interruption and its probable duration.
17. MJE EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
17.1. Unfortunately, there are some factors that cannot be controlled or avoided by MJE, and which may result in an apparent failure of its Services. Therefore, Users cannot hold MJE responsible for:
18. DECLARATION OF WILL
18.1. The User declares to be aware of the rights and obligations arising from these Terms, these Terms and Microjoob License Agreement constituting the complete agreement between the parties. The User further declares to have read, understood and accepted them in their entirety.
18.2. The User freely and expressly consents to their information being transferred to third parties as a result of the sale, acquisition, merger, corporate reorganization, or any other change in the control of MJE.
18.3. In the event of termination of this contract, the User’s personal, banking, financial and other information will be preserved in accordance with this Terms of Use and applicable legislation, and may be permanently deleted from MJE’s databases within 30 (thirty) days after the termination date.
19. FINAL PROVISIONS
19.1. These Terms may not, under any circumstances, be assigned by the User to any third party without the prior and express consent of MJE. Conversely, MJE may, at any time, assign the rights and obligations stipulated in this agreement to any of its partners, without prior notice to the User.
19.2. Considering that the internet is a mutable and constantly evolving system, and that it is essential for companies operating through it to also keep up-to-date, and in order to seek the best possible communication with its Users, MJE reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and the Services related to them.
19.2.1. The User hereby accepts that the Updated Terms will be made available through the same means as the first version of the Terms, and undertakes to read them in full and, if the User does not agree with the Updated Terms, MJE suggests that the User cease using its Services immediately.
19.2.2. MJE also reserves the right to make changes to its Services, always aiming to improve them for Users.
19.3. By effectively using Microjoob, the User acknowledges and accepts that this will signify acceptance of these Microjoob Terms and License Agreement. The User declares and warrants that they have read and agreed to the most recent version of these Terms, which will automatically bind the User at all times.
19.4. The User acknowledges and accepts that the form and nature of the services provided by Microjoob may change, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, at MJE’s discretion, regardless of prior notice to the User. However, whenever such changes imply restrictions on the User’s use of Microjoob, MJE undertakes to inform the User of such modifications. If the User does not agree with such changes, they may simply cancel their subscription.
19.5. By accessing Microjoob, in any way or by any means, the User agrees to and adheres to these Microjoob Terms and License Agreement, which are therefore adhered to irrevocably and unalterably and bind not only the parties, but also their successors and assigns, in any capacity.
19.6. These Microjoob Terms and License Agreement come into effect on the date of acceptance by the User and will remain in effect indefinitely.
20. QUESTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS
20.1. If the User still has any questions about Microjoob, they should contact MJE support through the Support Channel provided by MJE.
20.2. MJE is committed and will do everything possible to ensure that the User feels safe and comfortable using its Services.
20.3. Any suggestions, ideas, information, or materials not specifically requested by MJE are also welcome. However, if the User submits suggestions, content, or ideas to MJE, the User hereby agrees that MJE may use said suggestions, content, or ideas for any purpose whatsoever, including their development or commercialization, and in such cases, no payment will be due from MJE to the User.
