These Microjoob Terms and Policies apply to your access to and use of the Microjoob website, accessed via the domain https://microjoob.com, as well as its subdomains, subdirectories, mobile applications, APIs, emails, and other online products and services derived from Microjoob (collectively, MICROJOOB) provided by Microjob Empreendimentos, Lda (hereinafter, MJE).

 

These Terms and Policies govern the use of MICROJOOB, provided by Microjob Empreendimentos, Lda, a Mozambican private company, incorporated and governed by Mozambican law, with its articles of association published in the Official Gazette III Series – Number 235, page 8195 of December 7, 2023, holder of Tax Identification Number (NUIT) no. 401390138, registered at the Registry of Legal Entities of Nampula, Mozambique, under no. 101720306 on March 15, 2022, constituted as a Limited Liability Company (SQRL), with its registered office in the Province of Nampula, Mozambique.

The rules below will govern all your interaction with MICROJOOB. It is important that you read and understand them because, in order to use Microjoob, you must accept them.

These rules, together with other Microjoob Policies and any other Terms expressly incorporated herein, each as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time (collectively, “Terms and Policies”), are entered into by and between the User and MJE and govern all access to and use of MICROJOOB.

By using Microjoob, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree, you should not use it.

 

By using Microjoob, you declare that:

  1. You are older than the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence to access and use Microjoob;
  2. You may enter into a binding contract with MJE, or, if you are an unemancipated minor or have not yet reached the age of majority, your legal representative must have reviewed and agreed to these Microjoob Terms and Policies;
  3. You are not prohibited from using Microjoob under any applicable laws;
  4. It was not suspended or permanently removed from Microjoob; and
  5. If you are accepting these Terms and Policies on behalf of another legal entity, including a commercial or governmental entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Policies.

 

Subject to your full and continuous compliance with these Terms and Policies, MJE grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to access and use Microjoob. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Microjoob Terms and Policies.

 

We are always committed to improving Microjoob. This means we may add or remove features and functionalities; when this happens, we will try to notify you in advance, but this will not always be possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Microjoob (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without prior notice to the User. Any future release, update, or other addition to Microjoob’s functionality will be subject to these Terms and Policies, which may be updated periodically.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Microjob or any part thereof.

Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about Microjoob that you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and the User agrees that MJE may use these ideas, suggestions, and feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Policies at any time. If these Terms are changed, MJE will publish the revised Terms on the Platform and indicate the date of the last update at the beginning (“updated version”). We will also provide a notification within Microjoob Support, informing you of the changes. Modifications to these Terms become effective from the moment of publication onwards.

If you disagree with the new version of these Terms, you may terminate this Agreement. If you do not terminate your Agreement within 7 days of the publication of the new version of the Terms, your continued access to or use of Microjoob will signify your acceptance of the changes.

 

If the Administrator User stops using Microjob for a period exceeding 3 months, their Account may be removed due to prolonged inactivity.
