Introduction
MJE is concerned with the protection and privacy of its Users Personal Data and is committed to preserving it. The processing of Personal Data related to the use of Microjoob is described in this Personal Data Protection Policy, which should be considered an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. This Policy and its respective updates prevail over any prior proposals, contracts, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, that may exist between the User and MJE, especially regarding protection and privacy of the Data Personal.
This Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the rules regarding:
(a) what Personal Data may be collected and processed by MJE,
(b) how and for what purposes this Data Personal Microjob users may be dealt with by MJE,
(b) with whom this Personal Data may be shared, and
(c) how Users can manage their Data Personal.
This applies to the use of or access to Microjoob.com, as well as its subdomains and subdirectories.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY MICROJOOB
1.1. User Personal Data
1.1.1. The Data Personal data handled by Microjoob may vary depending on the type of interaction the User has with Microjoob. These Data Personal data can be collected directly from the User, obtained through third parties, or collected automatically.
1.1.2. The Data Personal matters may include, for example:
(a) registration information, such as email, full name, address, telephone, identification documents, profile picture; and
(b) Banking information, such as the name of the financial institution where the User has an Account Bank details, account number, account type, branch, including account holder’s name.
1.2. Personal Data collected directly from the User
1.2.1. MJE may collect Data Personal data directly from its Users, when the User, for example, creates an Account, purchases a Subscription Plan or Premium Add-ons on Microjoob and/or interacts with MJE by any means, including through the Microjoob Support Channel.
1.2.2. MJE considers some Data Personal accounts are considered public because they can be viewed by anyone, both inside and outside of Microjoob, even if that person doesn’t have a Microjoob account.
1.2.3. Data is considered the content and information that the User enters into Microjoob is public, and other people who use Microjoob, as well as MJE itself, may provide access to or share it with anyone inside and outside of Microjoob. It is also possible to view, access, share again, or download it.
1.2.4. The MJE may have access to certain Data Personal information may be obtained through third parties, whether it be registration or banking information. This occurs, for example, when, due to compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, MJE needs to consult databases maintained by third parties to enable the analysis of credit restrictions, anti-fraud analyses, and other risk management analyses integrated into Microjoob.
1.2.5. Personal Data User data is also automatically collected when a User accesses Microjoob. This information may include the examples below:
1. Payment transaction information, which may include, but is not limited to:
(i) payment instrument used;
(ii) date and time of the transaction;
(iii) payment amount;
(iv) due date of the payment instrument;
(v) billing postal code;
(vi) address and other details related to the payment transaction.
2. Access or usage information, which may include, but is not limited to:
(i) pages and content that the User views;
(ii) searches performed by the User;
(iii) frequency of use of Microjoob;
(iv) information about the browser;
(v) connection data;
(vi) purchase and browsing history.
3. Access data and device information, which may include, but is not limited to:
(i) details about how the User accessed and used Microjoob (including links accessed);
(ii) IP address;
(iii) dates and times of access;
(iv) hardware and software information;
(v) device information;
(vi) failure data;
(vii) cookie, pixel and similar technology data, and the pages that the User viewed or interacted with before and after accessing or using Microjoob.
1.2.6. MJE uses third – party Payment Gateways to process payments made on Microjoob, requiring the User Please provide your account details. Bank transfer to Microjoob to receive your payments, if you are an Affiliate. Third-party Payment Gateways are independent and have their own privacy policies.
1.2.6.1. To When a transaction is made on Microjoob, MJE will receive certain payment-related information, including the payment gateway used, the user’s postal code, country of origin, expiration date, and their email address associated with the payment type.
1.2.6.2. A MJE may collect certain personal information for tax purposes, which may include your full name, address, and tax identification number.
1.2.6.3. For additional information on how User’s payment data is processed and stored, MJE recommends that Users review the privacy policies of the Payment Gateways used in Microjoob.

4.2.1. In certain situations, MJE may retain residual Personal Data remains even after the hypotheses for termination of data processing. Personal Data may be collected due to compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, or in circumstances where there is a legitimate purpose for MJE. In these cases, the Data Personal data will be stored in a secure location with restricted access for the time necessary to fulfill the legal or regulatory obligation, or until the legitimate purpose of the MJE is fulfilled.

5. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY MICROJOOB
5.1. Sharing of Personal Data
5.1.1. MJE only shares Data Personal matters involving third parties under the circumstances described below:
(a) to prevent fraud (such as, for example, money laundering risk analyses), which may involve automated decisions;
(b) check list of Users with restrictions;
(c) authenticate submitted documentation;
(d) to enable support services;
(e) avoid illegal activities;
(f) to proceed with disputes between Users;
(g) conduct internal investigations regarding any conduct that may violate Microjoob’s Terms and Policies.
5.1.2. The User agrees and authorizes MJE to process, store, and share their Personal Data, for the purpose of supporting procedures aimed at fraud control and prevention, in accordance with the guidelines established by the competent authorities.
5.2 . Sharing Personal Data with Service Providers and Third Parties
5.2.1. The Data Personal User data may be shared with third parties involved in financial, accounting, legal, non-profit advisory activities and potential investors, as well as third parties involved in providing data backup, cloud computing service providers, or conducting analytical studies.
5.2.1.1 . With Integrated Services
5.2.1.1.1. When the User decides to integrate third-party services, their Personal Data will be shared with these third parties. MJE recommends that the User read the terms of use and privacy policies of these third parties to understand how they collect, use, and share their personal data.
5.2.1.2. With Business Partners
5.2.1.2.1. MJE may partner with third parties to offer events, promotions, contests, and other programs. To participate in these offers, the User may be asked to provide their email address and other Personal Data.
5.2.1.3. With Advertisers and Analytics Data Providers

5.2.1.4. With Government Authorities, Police or the Judiciary
5.2.1.4.1. A MJE may be required to share Personal Data of its Users with governmental, police or other authorities judiciary, whenever necessary to comply with a court order or request from the respective authority.
5.3. Sharing Information Between Users
5.3.1. When the User interacts With Content, MJE will share certain information with the Seller to allow the Seller to provide services to the User. This information includes:
(a) Account information, such as name and email address;
(b) payment information, such as the amount paid, the address and other billing information;
(c) the IP address;
(d) any message that the User has exchanged with the Seller in Microjoob.
5.3.2. When the User uses MJE Services to publish Content, information contained in the Content will be visible to Users who have access to the Content.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY MJE
6.1. International Transfers
6.1.1. MJE may transfer the Personal Data from its Users to countries other than the one where the User is located.
6.1.1.1. A MJE will adopt the measures required by law, where they exist and are applicable, to ensure the protection of this Personal Data.

In jurisdictions where existing legislation or regulations do not yet provide specific criteria or clear rules for the international transfer of Personal Data, MJE will adopt best practices to protect the Personal Data of its Users, entering into contracts with the recipients of the respective information that establish measures consistent with the legislation of the locations where the Personal Data was initially collected.

8.1.1. MJE employs security measures and techniques necessary to protect the Personal Data that is processed. Efforts are made to mitigate risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, or any other form of unlawful or unauthorized processing.
8.1.2. Although MJE implements these measures to minimize the risk of security incidents and unauthorized access, it is not possible to guarantee absolute data security, especially against attacks perpetrated by malicious individuals, which can be highly sophisticated and innovative, with techniques and methods previously unknown, even to the best information security tools.
8.1.3. Data Security User Personal Rights also depend on the User adopting reasonable measures in the use of their devices and software.
Microjoob Terms and License Agreement
